About Benjamin Teicher

Attorney

  • U.S. District Court for the district of Connecticut

Benjamin Teicher, PLLC was founded on the belief that the traditional practice of law is often flawed, designed to escalate conflict or be purely transactional. Ben has chosen to be different, and has implemented a unique method for serving families by educating and empowering them to make informed decisions that best align with their individual needs, goals, and objectives.

Prior to founding Benjamin Teicher, PLLC, Ben worked in a general practice firm in Danbury for more than thirteen years. While much of his practice involved civil and probate litigation, he also gained significant experience in estate planning and administration, estate settlement, probate, special needs and elder law planning, and assisting business owners with entity formation, asset protection and guidance on business related matters, which are the focus of his current practice.

Ben is a member of the American Bar Association and the Connecticut Bar Association. He also serves on the Civil Pro Bono Panel of the U.S. District Court for the district of Connecticut.

Ben is a Fairfield County native, and currently resides in Bethel. Ben played hockey for the Greater Bridgeport Junior Hockey Association, Trinity-Pawling School, and then for Wagner College’s team (prior to his transfer to Western Connecticut State University). Ben currently enjoys playing golf and spending quality time with his impossibly cute niece.
